If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used skincare products.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
